Stephanie Hardwick, FCA
Stephanie is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Originally trained with Deloitte & Touche, Stephanie went on to specialise as an accountant within the music industry.
Stephanie has acted for well known bands, artists, their management and companies in the music, creative and media industries for over 21 years. Her industry knowledge has led her to have lectured and written articles about the industry.
Lisa Morris, BFP FCA
Lisa is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Trained at one of the top 50 accounting firms and qualified as a chartered accountant in 2001, her excellence is demonstrated from her fast tracked career to founder and partner of Hardwick & Morris in 2003.
Lisa specialises in owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurs. Her portfolio includes a wide variety of clients from different industries including, management and computer consultancy, retail, event and promotion companies, marketing, website design, media and entertainment and online businesses. As well as how best to start up and grow your business, Lisa also advises on business structure, personal tax, payroll matters and profit extraction methods.
Caroline Harding, FCCA
Caroline is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, training locally in Kent and moving to one of the top 50 accounting firms to qualify in 2006. Having joined Hardwick and Morris in 2009 as a manager, Caroline became a partner in 2014.
Caroline works with a multiplicity of clients across a range of industries including, music, management consultancy, retail and online business. Caroline advises on business structure, personal tax both UK and International and profit extraction methods. Caroline also undertakes the audits of the firm and has experience of charities and solicitors.
Kevin Offer, FCA CTA
Kevin is a tax specialist with particular interest in the taxation of high net-worth individuals, sportsmen and entertainers.
Kevin is a Chartered Tax Adviser and a Fellow of the ICAEW. He is also a member of the International Tax Planning Association, the International Taxation of Entertainers Group and a freeman of the Worshipful Company of Tax Advisers.
Paul Bramall, FCA CTA BFP
Paul is a tax specialist with particular interest in the taxation of high net-worth individuals, offshore structures and international tax.
Paul is a Chartered Tax Adviser and a Fellow of the ICAEW. Paul lectures and writes on his specialist areas.
Ben Allen, ACA
Ben is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Trained at one of the top 50 accounting firms and qualified as a chartered accountant in 2015, Ben joined the Hardwick & Morris LLP team in May 2020.
Ben has worked with clients across a wide variety of industries, including property, retail, music and entertainment. Ben also undertakes the audits of the firm and has experience in working in specialised audits, including Solicitors and FCA’s.
Ayla Amiral, ACCA
Ayla began her career with Hardwick & Morris LLP in 2013, and has since qualified and progressed to her role as a manager.
Ayla has worked with clients across a variety of industries, including music, consultancy services and production services.
Agata Wiak, ACCA
Agata is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She graduated from University with a degree in Accounting and Finance whilst working as a trainee accountant. Agata joined the Hardwick & Morris LLP team in April 2022 as an assistant manager and since progressed to her role as a manager.
Agata trained at a small firm in North London where she worked predominantly with SMEs and start ups across variety of sectors, giving her exposure to all the aspects of a business.

Olivia Fuller, MAAT ACCA
Olivia is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She started her career as a school leaver, studying AAT at a local firm in Kent, before moving to one of the top 50 accounting firms to become ACCA qualified. Olivia joined the Hardwick & Morris LLP team in July 2023.
Olivia has worked with clients across a wide variety of industries for both accounting and audit purposes. Prior to joining Hardwick & Morris, Olivia also worked within the Insurance sector, specialising in syndicate and foreign group accounting .
